How does the CabinZero warranty work?
We offer a standard 10-year warranty on all our bags, which can be extended to 25 years by liking our Facebook page. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Are CabinZero bags water-resistant?
Yes, our bags are made from high-grade, water-resistant polyester fabrics. While they are designed to protect your belongings from rain and splashes, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
